Pc pc pc. I'm having a very hard time right now as I realize how so very dependent I am on technology. Our pc is now "malfunctioning" and it seems as if at any moment, its gonna crash. Hahahah.
Current pc state: No start icon, no taskbar, can't burn, can't copy-paste, can't move files, can't play sound (prolly due to the soundcard program malfunction) and most especially, it can't sync my iPod. T___T I wanna listen to Jason Mraz's "Lucky" some more.. Boooo......
I can't type reports, I can't make powerpoint presentations, I can't download uploads in our school yahoogroups, I can't update my med files since I can't transfer files from/to the pc. Very debilitating?? Heheheheh. I even lost my will to blog. Tsk.
My files are in constant danger. My 6GB music is definitely something that I would "grieve" for if our pc would crash. Mehn, Song by song, I have accumulated these beloved files of mine and in the blink of an eye, they'll all be gone!!! T__T And don't get me started on my med files and thesis files.. Haay.
Tomorrow I shall transform into a computer technician, as I will do my very first operation - pc operation that is. Hahahah. My kind-hearted classmates are kind enough to lend me their OS installer and to step-by-step guide me to computer reformatting 101. Wahahahah. And this I'm gonna do while studying for neurophysiology and neuroanatomy. Weee!
Anyhow, seems like I'm still gonna be able to keep our files if all goes well. I can't burn/transfer to usb our files so all I can do is to wait till after the reformatting is done. Haaist. Please let it be successful... *crossing fingers*
